You might not be able to pinpoint exact costs, but you’ll definitely get the bigger picture. Sometimes, there are bigger issues at play that can throw a wild card into your numbers. That’s why I say to plan for the highest realistic repair cost – that way, you’re less likely to fall short or go over budget.”
